How does ordering work for visitors?

Visitors simply scan the QR code with their phone and are immediately taken to a clear digital menu. They add products to their order themselves aan hun bestelling en pay easily - without needing to download an app.

How are orders received?

Bestellingen komen overzichtelijk binnen op een meegeleverde tablet.
Daarna rollen er bonnen uit de gekoppelde bonprinter(s).
We richten dit naar wens in: je kunt bijvoorbeeld meerdere printers gebruiken en bepalen wat er op elke bon staat.
Zo kun je één overzichtsbon voor de bar hebben, en aparte keukenbonnen met alleen de gerechten die de keuken moet maken.

Which payment methods do you support?

Visitors can easily pay online via iDEAL.
You can also choose to work with cash and/or tokens for pick-up.
The payment status is always clearly shown on the receipt, so that staff can see whether payment has been made ae bon, zodat personeel ziet of er al is betaald en met welke methode.

Does the QR system work without internet?

Het systeem maakt gebruik van een netwerkverbinding voor de tablet en bonprinters.
Twijfel je over de wifi op locatie? Dan leveren wij extra 4G-routers voor een stabiele verbinding.
Het bestellen staat los van jouw wifi-netwerk.

Can I use the system temporarily?

Absoluut! Onze service is zo ingericht dat je het kunt inzetten voor eenmalige eventen of voor langdurig gebruik in bijvoorbeeld je horecazaak of venue.
