How quickly can our ticket sales start?

After registration you can immediately start setting up your own ticket shop.

We don't have our own website. Can we do our ticket sales via Avayo?

Absolutely, your ticket shop has its own link. You can use and place this link on your media channels such as Facebook, Email, Flyers, Posters, etc.

We don't have a Chamber of Commerce number. Can we do our ticket sales via Avayo?

Unfortunately we can only do business with companies, so without a Chamber of Commerce number you cannot register.

I've lost my tickets. How can I get replacement tickets?

Vul het formulier in en je ontvangt zo snel mogelijk een kopie van je ticket.

I want to cancel my tickets. How can I do that?

Please contact the organising organisation of the event and ask them whether they offer refunds.

FINANCIAL

How long does it take before I receive the revenue from my ticket sales?

At Avayo you never have to wait long for your ticket revenue. Every Monday the ticket proceeds are paid out. For larger accounts, even daily payouts are possible.

I already have an account with my own Payment Service Provider*. Can I use that too?

Because payments are an important part of our workflow, we have chosen to work with one Payment Service Provider. We have a good, long-standing partnership with our partner for online payments, Pay.nl.

Is it also possible to make refunds from the ticket shop?

Ja, het is het mogelijk om terugbetalingen vanuit de ticketshop uit te voeren. Er dient hiervoor wel voldoende saldo te zijn.

Do you have a plugin for our WordPress/Joomla/Drupal/etc website?

For WordPress we have a plugin. For other types of websites you can find an integration script in the ticket shop. Simply place this code on the page and your ticket shop will be published within a few minutes.
