FAQ
Visitors simply scan the QR code with their phone and immediately arrive in a clear digital menu. They add products to their order themselves and check out easily – without needing to download an app.
Orders arrive clearly on the supplied tablet.
They then print receipts from the connected receipt printer(s).
We set this up to your wishes: you can use multiple printers and decide what appears on each receipt.
For example, you can have one overview receipt for the bar and separate kitchen receipts with only the dishes the kitchen needs to prepare.
Visitors can easily pay online via iDEAL.
You can also choose to work with cash and/or tokens for collection.
The payment status is always clearly shown on the receipt, so staff can see whether payment has been made and by which method.
The system uses a network connection for the tablet and receipt printers.
Not sure about the wifi at your location? We supply extra 4G routers for a stable connection.
The ordering process runs independently of your wifi network.
