How Bastiaan manages ticketing at one of the largest event venues in the north of the Netherlands

De Bonte Wever in Assen is one of the largest event venues in the north of the Netherlands. From concerts and corporate parties to hotel stays, swimming and brunches. Everything comes together under one roof. To keep ticketing for events and day arrangements running smoothly, De Bonte Wever has been working with Avayo since 2016.

De Bonte Wever wanted a ticket module on their own website where visitors could easily buy tickets for all activities within the complex, from events to day arrangements. Because the range is so diverse, it was important that the solution was flexible and easy to manage.

New events or arrangements are live within a short time. Bastiaan and his team can adjust everything themselves via their own dashboard: from ticket prices and dates to special promotions. This way they stay in full control.

At the entrance, tickets are scanned with professional Avayo scanners. This ensures smooth access and staff always know exactly how many visitors are inside.
